Islamabad: Official Secrets Act Special Court has decided to distribute copies to Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi on December 4.
Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain of the Special Court of Official Secrets Act issued a written order for today’s jail hearing. It states that the public and the media were present during the judicial proceedings, Section 352 of the Cr.P.C. was fully implemented.

It is said in the order that Chairman PTI and Shah Mahmood Qureshi were allowed to speak in the presence of media, Chairman PTI and Shah Mahmood Qureshi were given enough time in the presence of media and public, whereas today Chairman PTI I and Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s attendance was scheduled for the case.
According to the order, there were to be arguments on the request of Chairman PTI under Article 10A, but due to the absence of lawyer Sikander Zulqarnain Saleem, the arguments could not be held.
