Lahore: The Accountability Court reserved its decision on Ahad Cheema’s plea of acquittal in the assets in excess of income reference.
Accountability Court judge Malik Ali Zulqarnain Awan reserved the decision on the plea of acquittal of Prime Minister’s adviser Ahmed Cheema. The court will deliver the reserved verdict on December 8. During the hearing, Waras Ali Janjua Advocate gave arguments on behalf of NAB.
It should be noted that Ahad Cheema has filed a petition for acquittal in the reference, while NAB Lahore has filed a reference of assets in excess of income against Ahad Cheema.
