Rawalpindi: Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has laid the foundation stone of Doduchha Dam in Rawalpindi at a cost of Rs 12 lakh and claimed that it will solve the water problem forever.
Punjab Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman was also present at the foundation stone laying ceremony of Duduchha Dam along with Chief Minister Punjab.
On this occasion, FWO officials gave a briefing to the Chief Minister of Punjab regarding the construction of Duduchha Dam. Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, talking to the media, further said that the problem of water for the citizens of Rawalpindi will end forever from Duduchha Dam.
He said that hospitals are also being upgraded in Rawalpindi, the problems of young doctors will be seen by the incoming government.
The Caretaker Chief Minister said that the second phase of operation against illegal encroachments is going to start in Murree, we are working slowly, let us work.
