35-year-old Saima, wife of Arshad Ali Baloch, 9-year-old Ashhad, 7-year-old Shah Zain and 2-year-old Ahad were slaughtered with a sharp instrument.
Karachi: A woman and her 3 young sons were slaughtered with a sharp instrument in Shahr Quaid, the police arrested the husband of the victim.
The dead bodies of a woman and three children were found in a house in Sher Muhammad Baloch Goth near Block 5 Batul Hospital in Golestan Johar area. On receiving the information, police and volunteers of relief agencies reached the spot.
According to Karachi Police spokesperson, the deceased were identified as 35-year-old Saima, wife of Arshad Ali Baloch and her 3 sons, 9-year-old Ashhad, 7-year-old Shah Zain and 2-year-old Ahad. The bodies of the victims were first taken to Gulistan Johar Police Station and then to Jinnah Hospital from there.
SHO Golestan Johar Inspector Fahad Al Hasan while talking to the media said that the information about the incident was received on Mizal 15, on which he reached the spot along with the police party and saw that four bodies were lying in a room. The accused had brutally slaughtered the victims with a sharp instrument. There was also blood in the courtyard of the house where a part of a child’s finger was also lying.
He said that the forensic department was immediately informed, who collected the evidence and fingerprints from the spot, while the investigation department officers of Golestan Johar police station also collected the evidence from the spot and recorded the statement of the local residents.
According to the police, Arshad Ali Baloch, the husband of the deceased Saima, said in his statement that he belongs to the Iranian (Sanjarani Baloch) nation and was not present at home at the time of the incident, however, as soon as he reached home, the ground slipped from his feet. He saw the bodies of his wife and three sons covered in blood.
The SHO said that Arshad Ali Baloch is addicted to drugs and was intoxicated even when he was detained. His statement was suspicious due to which the police detained him Arshad Ali had told the police in his statement that he had gone to his maternal uncle’s house in Dalmia in the evening but on verification this statement turned out to be false. Apart from this, the statements given by him turned out to be false.
Meanwhile, Arshad Ali’s father-in-law Muhammad Aslam Baloch has also named his son-in-law in the murder case of his daughter and her 3 sons. Was arrested.
Shahzad, the nephew of the deceased, while talking to the media, said that Arshad Ali Baloch has an internet cable network spread in the area including Sher Muhammad Baloch Goth, Qalandarabad, from which he used to earn a lot of income while in the same area he has 4 houses, which he rents out. Arshad Baloch’s parents have passed away and he was married to a distant relative Saima about 10 years ago.
According to Shahzad, he has been seeing his uncle addicted to drugs since his childhood. Arshad Ali Baloch spends about Rs 10,000 on drugs every day. He only buys ice worth 5 thousand rupees, while there are many other drugs, including Tanzania, opium, which he does. Arshad Ali Baloch rarely sat in the neighborhood. Mostly he used to sit outside the area with his friends.
Nephew Shahzad further said that at around 7:30 pm on Wednesday, Arshad gave him a cylinder and said that after filling it with gas, I am going to do some work at home, after which he left. He filled the cylinder with gas and found his elder son Ashad on the corner of the street, to whom he gave the cylinder and went to meet his friends. After coming from there, he went to his home and slept.
Imdad Ali Baloch, brother of Arshad Ali Baloch, said that his brother Arshad Ali Baloch informed him about the incident because when he reached home after taking breakfast etc. for the children, he immediately informed him after seeing the bodies. gave When he reached his brother’s house, as soon as he entered through the door, he found the dead body of one of his nephews.
He immediately informed his elder sister, elder brother and other relatives who live in the area, while also informed the parents of deceased Saima who live in the same locality.
Saima’s father and her two brothers immediately reached the spot. He said that neither they have enmity with anyone nor financial problems as they have been living in this area for the last 35 to 40 years. No such incident has happened till date. The police say that now that the accused Arshad Ali Baloch has been arrested on the charge of regular murder, the murder instrument will be recovered from him and the murder will be investigated.
