Peshawar: 3 tourists died when a tourist van fell into a ditch in Swat’s Kalam Valley.
According to the police, 20 people were injured in an accident involving a tourist van at Pashmal in Kalam. The local people and the police carried out rescue operations and shifted the injured to Kalam Hospital. Seven of the injured are in critical condition.
Officials say that the tourists are from Punjab who had come for sightseeing and met with an accident on their way back. The Caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has expressed regret over the loss of precious lives in the accident.
