Karachi: 3 more suspects have been arrested in the DSP robbery case while new revelations have also come out during the investigation.
The investigation of the case of house robbery in Orangi Town is going on. During night raids in different areas by the investigation committee formed to investigate the robbery case, 3 more suspects Izhar, Mahfooz and Sattar were arrested in the Orangi Town robbery incident.

All three accused are privates, including the accused working for former SSP South Imran Qureshi. Statements of 5 accused including former SSP South Imran Qureshi have also been recorded by the Joint Investigation Committee.
Raids are also underway by the Investigation Committee to arrest more accomplices of the accused and to recover the remaining looted money from Orangi Town.
Meanwhile, another raid-like incident of the special party of the arrested under-training DSP also came to light. The special party of DSP under arrest had raided a private hotel located near Clifton Block 2 Umar Sharif Park on the evening of October 31. A thousand rupees were taken out.

The police party seized 2 mobile phones of hotel manager Muhammad Kaleem Khan, cook Ali, security guard Sikandar and waiter Irfan and transferred them to the police station, where a false case was registered against them. When he returned after 3 days after being released on bail, the money and mobile phone were still not returned to him.
The supervisor of the hotel said that the raid was carried out on the orders of SSP South Imran Qureshi by officers Khurram, Faizan and Waheed, who were part of the special party of DSP Umir Tariq Bajari under training. On November 11, an application regarding the illegal raid has also been submitted to the SSP South Office, but till now they have not been returned the 37 thousand rupees and the mobile phones. The top police officers demand that their money and mobile phones be returned.
