Karachi: DSP under training arrested on the charge of robbery incident in Orangi town house was suspended.
According to the details, under-training DSP Umeer Bajri, who was arrested on the charge of robbery in Orangi town house, was suspended, the under-training DSP was suspended by IG Sindh Rifat Mukhtar Raja. In this regard, a notification was also issued in which it was stated that departmental action is being taken against the DSP under training.
A search is on for the arrest of other policemen involved in the robbery. The joint investigation committee also raided the houses of police officers Khurram and Faizan but no arrests were made, both police officers are under the training of DSP.
The investigating authorities say that the detailed statements of all the characters including SSP Imran Qureshi related to the robbery will be recorded and the police mobile and other vehicles and motorcycles used for the incident will be handed over. The investigation team is working closely on all aspects in the investigation.
