Lahore NAB has issued a summons notice on February 20 to former federal minister and PML-Q central leader Monis Elahi.
In the notice issued by NAB Lahore to Monis Elahi, it has been said that NAB is investigating some officers on the alleged irregularities in transactions and contracts in the Department of Communications and Construction.
The notice said that during the investigation, it has been found that your frontman, the principal secretary of the former chief minister, Muhammad Khan Bhatti, is also involved in this.
According to the NAB notice, kickbacks have also been received in the tenders of the Highways Division, Mons Elahi has been summoned to provide all the details as a witness about the information he has.
According to sources, Monis Elahi is currently abroad.
