President Supreme Court Bar Abid Zubiri along with Pervez Elahi termed the leaked audio as an attack on the independence of the judiciary.
While giving a statement regarding the audio leak, Abid Zuberi said that the audio is being distorted and presented in relation to me, the case of Muhammad Khan Bhatti is pending in the Sindh High Court, the case of Muhammad Khan Bhatti is not related to the Supreme Court.
Ghulam Mahmood Dogar’s lawyer since November 2022, said Abid Zuberi, who released the tampered audio, are liars and malicious.
He said that this audio is an attack on the independence of the judiciary, an attempt was made to suppress the supremacy, democratic and constitutional voice of the bar law.
Abid Zuberi further said that dropped tactics like audio leak cannot stop the bar struggle.
