Islamabad: In the cipher case, the court allowed five members of the families of the two accused Chairman PTI and Shah Mahmood Qureshi to hear the hearing.
Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain conducted the hearing in Adiala Jail. Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s wife and daughter saw the proceedings of the jail court for the first time, while the family members of Chairman PTI will also come to the court room on the next date.
Regarding the meeting with Chairman PTI’s sons, the court called the Superintendent of Jail and ordered that the children should be interviewed by Chairman PTI one day a week.
FIA brought 3 witnesses but no action could be taken due to the absence of senior counsel Safi. The next hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 14 at 9 am.
The statements of 3 witnesses of the prosecution could not be recorded and 3 more witnesses were called in the next hearing.
