Rawalpindi: 10 witnesses were produced at the hearing of the cipher case in Adiala Jail, where after their appearance the matter of recording the statement was adjourned again.
Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Al-Zulqarnain reached Adiala Jail for the hearing, after which the lawyers of Chairman PTI and the FIA team also reached Adiala Jail along with the witnesses. Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s lawyer also reached Adiala Jail on this occasion.
Chairman PTI Imran Khan and Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi reached the court room on the occasion of hearing. While FIA Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi was also present in Adiala Jail Special Court. The court, speaking to the prosecutor, said, “Bismillah, which witness’s statement will be recorded first?”
In connection with the cipher case, FIA produced 10 witnesses in the court, including Imran Sajjad DD, Aqeel Haider DD, Shamoon Qaiser, M Afzal, Nader Khan, Iqra Ashraf, Farrukh Abbas, Haseeb bin Aziz, IO Shabbir. And Khushnood was involved. The court attendance process of the 10 government witnesses produced has been completed. Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain summoned all the witnesses again on November 7.
