Rawalpindi: Chairman PTI’s lawyer Salman Safdar has said that Imran Khan has distrusted the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court.
Speaking to the media after hearing the cipher case in Adiala Jail, lawyer Salman Safdar said that the morale of PTI chairman is very high. Lawyers are not being allowed to meet Shah Mehmood Qureshi. When the cipher came to the Security Committee and was decoded, how did it remain secret?
Salman Safdar said that the cipher case Toshakhana is part two. Fair trial is not absolute, finding out what the judges want. All matters regarding the cipher case are now going to the Supreme Court. Chairman PTI said in the court that he did not commit any crime, he is a patriot. A cipher case has been made to get Imran Khan out of politics.

He said that it is not surprising that PTI chairman’s bail was rejected. Chairman PTI has expressed no confidence in the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court. Both our requests were rejected. The Chief Justice will not allow the Islamabad High Court to hear any application in the future.
The lawyer said that we are being abused continuously. Everything is being done to increase the period of arrest and detention of the chairman. The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court heard arguments for 10 hours on the request of the Chairman. This trial has become a joke in the special court and the Islamabad High Court. Chairman PTI has given a message that the issue of cipher was placed before the National Security Committee, how did it become secret if it was declassified? The decision of the Supreme Court is that he should know the important evidence against the accused.
He said that no one knows the cipher case more than Shah Mehmood Qureshi. Today, Shah Mahmood was also confused, he complained to the judge that he was not allowed to meet the lawyers. This is not a fair trial, an open trial. This is a closed-room trial, which does not meet the requirements of transparency. It is seen what the judge is trying to do. All concerns are being taken to the Supreme Court. Imran Khan’s message is that this was not an official secret. It was interference in the internal affairs of the country.
Lawyer Aftab Bajwa said that he has always seen justice being done, justice is being done in this case. Yesterday the advertiser was also granted bail, the appeals were reinstated. Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that my requests should not be submitted to Justice Amir Farooq. We are giving a message from now that no petition of the Chairman’s case should be filed with the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court.
