Gaza: Hamas says that 50 Israeli hostages have also been killed in ongoing Israeli airstrikes in Gaza.
According to the French news agency, the spokesman of the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas, Abu Obeidah, said in his statement on the Telegram channel on Thursday that 50 Zionist hostages have been killed so far in the Israeli bombardment on Gaza since October 7.
According to AFP, he could not confirm Al-Qassam’s claim, but according to the Gaza Ministry of Health, the number of martyrs in the Israeli bombing has exceeded 7,000, most of whom are civilians.
Abu Obeidah had previously said that al-Qassam Brigades are holding 200 Israeli prisoners who were taken hostage by Israel in the October 7 attack and brought to Gaza.
