Islamabad: The Election Commission directed the Caretaker Prime Minister to issue a notice on the issue of federal ministers influencing the general elections.
A 5-member bench of the Election Commission headed by the Chief Election Commissioner heard the case related to the influence of federal ministers on the general elections, in which the Additional Advocate General appeared and said that the Election Commission had not given notice.
The Election Commission has adjourned the next hearing of the case till Tuesday, directing it to issue a notice to the Caretaker Prime Minister.
