Former Law Minister KP Fazal Shakoor Khan was arrested from the court premises

Charsadda: Former provincial law minister Fazal Shakur Khan and PTI district president Aziz Khan were arrested from the court premises.

According to Express News, the pre-arrest bail application of Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fazal Shakoor Khan and District President Aziz Khan was heard in front of Additional Sessions Judge Nusrat Naz.

Additional Sessions Judge Nusrat Naz rejected the applications of PTI district president Aziz Khan along with former law minister of Khyber Pakhtoon government and Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fazal Shakoor Khan, after which they were arrested from the court premises.

It should be noted that various cases have been filed against other leaders of PTI, including the former Law Minister, on the incidents of May 9. Their arrest is also a continuation of the incidents of May 9.

Meanwhile, the anti-terrorism court heard the bail application of former provincial minister Kamran Bangash, he is arrested on the charge of firing on the police party.

The hearing was conducted by ATC judge Jahanzeb Shinwari. The police could not present the record of the case in the hearing, on which the court adjourned the hearing till tomorrow while calling for the record.

According to the police, a case has been registered against Kamran Bangash for sheltering former federal minister Murad Saeed and firing on the police.
