Israel calls on Antonio Guterres to resign for covering up atrocities in Gaza

New York: UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres called for an immediate ceasefire on humanitarian grounds while exposing the open violations of international law in Gaza, and Israel demanded that the Secretary General leave his post.

Speaking at the UN Security Council meeting, the Secretary General said that there should be an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza. There are clear violations of international laws in Gaza.

In his speech, he said that there is no justification for collective punishment of Palestinians by making Hamas a base, nor should it be allowed. We are deeply concerned about the human rights violations in Gaza and they Must stop immediately.

The Secretary General also said that the Palestinians have been subjected to 56 years of arbitrary occupation, Hamas did not launch attacks from space.

Antonio Guterres said that looking at the devastation in Gaza, it can be said that the aid sent there is like a drop in the ocean, and the world should step up and help the Palestinians unconditionally and without restrictions.

Palestinian Ambassador Riyad al-Maliki said the UN’s inaction was “inexcusable”.
