Peshawar: One person was killed and 3 were injured in firing on the car of people coming from Qatar.
According to the police, unknown motorcyclists opened fire on the car of passengers coming from abroad near the Bara bridge within the limits of Budh Bir police station, in which one person was killed and three were injured. The people coming from Qatar belonged to Para Chinar.
According to initial reports, Arif son of Ghulam Hussain was killed as a result of the firing, while Iqtar Hussain son of Jawad Hussain, Arif son of Nazar, Mohammadi Hussain son of Ali Ghulam, residents of Para Chinar and Rahgir Wahdat son of Murad Bazid Khel were injured.
As soon as the incident was reported, the police immediately reached the spot and conducted a post-mortem on the body, while the injured were shifted to the hospital for treatment. The police have started an investigation keeping in view the various aspects of the firing incident.
According to Rescue 1122, 4 people who were injured in the firing were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital, but one seriously injured person could not survive.
