Islamabad: In the Avenfield and Al-Azizia reference, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s appeal for restoration will be filed on Monday.
According to Express News, PML-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif will file an appeal on Monday against the convictions in the Avenfield and Al-Azizia references.
Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer Amjad Pervez confirmed the filing of the petition to restore the right to appeal against the sentences on Monday. It is reported that Nawaz Sharif has signed the petition for reinstatement of appeals against conviction in the Avenfield and Al-Azizia references and has also obtained a biometric certificate for the reinstatement of the appeals.
