The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has said that 10 accounts of Utility Stores Corporation have been frozen.
According to FBR, Utility Stores Corporation is in default of Rs 8 billion in sales tax.
The FBR further said that notice has been sent to the Utility Stores Corporation under Section 48-1B of the Sales Tax.
According to FBR, accounts are being frozen under Sales Tax Rules 71 to B.
