Karachi: Earthquake tremors were felt in different areas of Malir district, the magnitude of the earthquake was recorded as 3.1 on the Richter scale.
According to Express News, earthquake tremors were felt in Quaidabad, Bhines Colony, Bin Qasim, Gulshan Hadid, Majeed Colony, Muzaffarabad, Shah Latif Town at 11:20 PM on Monday night.
Residents of Landhi and Muslimabad Colony also felt the tremors.
According to the seismological center, the magnitude of the earthquake was recorded at 3.1 on the Richter scale and its epicenter was at a depth of 15 km.
On the occasion of the earthquake, a large number of citizens came out of their houses reciting Kalima Tayyaba in fear. The Seismological Center says that the epicenter of the earthquake was near Quaidabad, while the depth of the earthquake was recorded at 15 kilometers. Fortunately, there was no loss of life or property as a result of the earthquake.
