Sindh High Court;  Extension of injunction against government recruitment

Karachi: A single bench of the Sindh High Court extended the injunction by sending the MQM’s petition against the government recruitment to the Acting Chief Justice.

In front of a single bench comprising Justice Sana Akram Minhas, a hearing was held on MQM’s application against the recruitment of grades 1 to 15 in various departments of the province.

Single Bench Justice Sana Akram Minhas sent the petition to the Acting Chief Justice. The court remarked that the second single bench consisting of Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput has done a partial hearing of the matter, so the matter is sent to the Acting Chief Justice.

The court adjourned the application for an indefinite period and extended the injunction. The court had issued a restraining order on the recruitment of grades 1 to 15 in all departments of Sindh.

It should be noted that a petition against the recruitment was filed by MQM.
