Islamabad: The session court adjourned the hearing on PTI Chairman’s bail application while extending Bushra Bibi’s bail.
The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge extended the interim bail till October 31 in the Toshakhana fake receipts case of former first lady Bushra Bibi while adjourning the hearing on the bail application of chairman PTI in 6 cases.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard 6 bail applications in 6 cases filed for vandalism, protest and violation of Section 144 of Chairman PTI. On this occasion, Bushra Bibi Toshakhana appeared before the court in the case of fake receipts.
The court adjourned the hearing of 6 cases against Chairman PTI till October 24 and granted Bushra Bibi’s interim bail and extended the hearing till October 31.
It should be noted that 6 bail applications of Chairman PTI were restored by the Islamabad High Court.
On the other hand, the Duty Judge of the Accountability Court stopped the NAB from arresting former First Lady Bushra Bibi by granting interim bail in the Toshakhana NAB investigation and 190 million pounds corruption case.
Accountability Court Duty Judge Raja Jawad Abbas heard the case. Bushra Bibi appeared in the court along with her lawyer Latif Khosa during the pre-arrest bail application hearing. The lawyer said that on the day the Accountability Court disposed of the bail application, the NAB sent a new notice on the same day.
The court inquired where Bushra Bibi is? The court called Bushra Bibi to the rostrum, on which Bushra Bibi stood in the dock for the first time.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing till October 31 by granting interim bail against a surety bond of Rs.
