Karachi: In Sohrab Goth’s Juneju Colony, a person injured in a fight over the opening of MQM’s office died, 5 people were injured in the firing.
According to the details, Inayatullah alias Toor Khan, son of Raza Khan, who was injured by indiscriminate firing on October 13 at around 11 o’clock in the night, died of his injuries while undergoing treatment at a private hospital on the night of October 14 at Stadium Road.
The police handed over the dead body to the deceased’s brother after taking legal action. Sohrab Goth Police registered the case against the named accused in the complaint of the deceased’s brother Ahmed Khan under the charge of murder and attempted murder under section 573/2023 under section 302-324- Registered under 34 T.P.
The deceased Inayatullah had a bullet in his left eye which proved to be fatal, the other accused who were injured in the firing include Aul Gul, Sher Zaman, Muhammad Khan and Anwar.
A large number of family members, relatives and local residents of the deceased protested by placing the body in front of the Sohrab Goth police station at around 12:30 on Saturday night and demanded the arrest of the accused. Ahmed Khan, the brother of the victim, said that Iqbal Masood, Noor Masood, Khalil, Jan Muhammad and Noor Muhammad have been named in the case.
The firing took place at the opening of the MQM Pakistan office in the shops of the mosque, the protest was ended after successful negotiations between the police and the protesters.
The brother of the deceased said that the police officers have assured the arrest of the accused soon, but if the police do not arrest the accused within 12 hours, they will stage a dharna again on the highway and the dharna will continue until the arrest of the killers of the deceased Inayatullah. will remain
