Quetta: The 7-day special anti-polio campaign continued on the third day in 9 districts of Balochistan.
According to the announcement issued by the Emergency Operation Center, the special seven-day anti-polio campaign in 37 union councils of 9 districts of Balochistan continued on the third day today, during which children up to five years of age are being administered polio drops.
According to the statement, during the polio campaign, around 575 teams are engaged in administering polio drops to children, including the union councils of Qila Saifullah, Pashin, Chaman, Qila Abdullah, Chagai, Loralai, Nushki, and Zhob.
According to the Emergency Operation Center, no case of polio has been reported in Balochistan since January 2021. Parents are requested to fully cooperate with the polio workers.
