The investigation record of the attack on Chairman PTI Imran Khan has disappeared from the Vigilance Cell of Punjab Anti-Corruption Department.
According to anti-corruption, Director Vigilance Anwar Shah was a member of the JIT investigating the attack on Imran Khan, former Director Vigilance Anwar Shah has been suspended.
Apart from the record of the attack on Imran Khan, the record of the ongoing investigation against the housing societies from the vigilance cell also disappeared.
DG Anti-Corruption Sohail Zafar Chatta took notice of the missing records.
According to anti-corruption officials, a 5-member investigation committee has been formed on the missing records.
The committee will include Director Legal, Assistant Director Legal, AD Documents. Assistant Director IT, AD Admin is also part of the inquiry team.
