The dollar has depreciated by 27 rupees 6 paisa from the highest level in interbank.
After the interbank, the dollar also fell below Rs 280 in the open market.
According to E-Cap, the dollar became Rs 279 after depreciating by Rs 1 in the open market.

The 100 index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange rose by 160 points to 48,301.
