The Banking Court postponed the decision on the bail of former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the prohibited funding case.

The hearing of the prohibited funding case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan was held in the Banking Court.

Banking Court Judge Rukhshanda Shaheen heard the bail application.

Judge Rukhsinda Shaheen while giving remarks said that in the light of the orders of the High Court, the decision on the bail of Imran Khan has been postponed.

He said that I have confirmed that the High Court has stopped us.

The court adjourned the hearing on the case till February 18 while ordering to submit the certified copy of the High Court order on February 18.

It should be noted that earlier the Banking Court ordered Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to appear before the end of court time today.

The banking court judge rejected Imran Khan’s request for exemption from attendance and gave him time till 3.30 pm today.

Judge Rukhshanda Shaheen remarked that if Imran Khan does not appear, the law will take its course.

Imran Khan’s lawyers appeared in the banking court and informed the judge about the decision of the Islamabad High Court.

Imran Khan’s lawyer said that the High Court has stopped this court from ruling on the bail application.

Barrister Salman Safdar said that the Islamabad High Court has looked at the injuries and the age of Imran Khan, the High Court said that he has been adequately accommodated and given dates, also asked to submit a fresh medical report on February 22. Is.

Judge Rukhshanda Shaheen said that if the High Court stops the decision on the bail application, it will be looked into.

He said that if the order is received, it will be confirmed.
