During a major operation in Sindh’s Jacobabad district, the law enforcement agencies recovered heavy weapons from the possession of 3 persons including a CTD officer.
According to police sources, the weapons recovered from the arrested accused Nadeem Ahmed, Sultan Chachar and Jahangir include 3 shells, rocket launcher, Kalashnikov, 4 fuses and magazines.
Police sources have said that Sultan Chachar is ASI and Jahangir constable in CTD Balochistan Sabi.
The accused brought the recovered weapons to Ali Hassan, a Special Branch official.
Police sources have said that the deal to sell arms was finalized by CTD Sabbi officer Hafeez Rand.
Police sources also say that the President of Police has registered a case against the accused.
