Big change in X-Feed, consumers hesitant

California: Social networking platform X (formerly Twitter) has introduced a major change to the profile feed that has left users reeling.

Under the change to be introduced, the link title and details below the preview image posted on the platform will not be clearly visible.

After this update, users complained about not being able to distinguish between posts on X.

Prior to this update, links posted on X used to have detailed lines under the title and image. Now the links are displayed in the exact same format as the images but the link post has the link address in white letters on the bottom left hand side which separates it from the image.

X users are confused by the platform not being able to distinguish between a link and an image in case of a change.

One user on X-Post said that after this change, he couldn’t tell the difference between an image and an article link.

Another user said that this change has really messed up the user experience, sharing a link is just like sharing a photo.
