Peshawar: The anti-terrorism and anti-corruption courts have approved the interim bail applications of former PTI members, MLAs Idris Khattak and Khaleeq-ur-Rehman.
According to Express News, a hearing was held in the ATC on the interim bail applications of former PTI MPA Khaliqur Rehman and Idris Khattak. The Anti-Terrorism Court approved the interim bail of the former MLAs, later the Anti-Corruption Court also approved the interim bail of the two MPs. The court has granted interim bail to former MPA Khaliqur Rahman and Idris Khattak till October 16.
Petitioner Malik Samiullah Advocate said that the cases against the two MPs are based on lies, there is no truth in the allegations leveled against the petitioners.
Shah Faisal Ilyas Advocate said that anti-corruption did not issue any notice to them, petitioners were not given a fair trial, ATC and anti-corruption court granted interim bail to both MPs till October 16, A. TC and anti-corruption called for the case record.
