According to sources, the price of gas for fertilizer factories will be increased from Rs 302 to Rs 580 mmbtu.
Sources in this regard say that for feedstock, fertilizer manufacturers will get gas for Rs 1580 per mmbtu.
According to the sources, per mmbtu of gas for fertilizer manufacturers will cost Rs 556 for feedstock.
The Ministry of Finance, Petroleum and Industry and Production has started work on increasing the cost of gas for fertilizer manufacturers.
According to sources, the increase in gas prices for fertilizer manufacturers will come before the IMF’s economic review.
