New Zealand made a mess of Pakistani spinners in the warm-up match before the World Cup.
Around 700 runs were scored in the 100 overs played at the Rajiv Gandhi Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad while 11 wickets were taken by the bowlers of both the teams.
In the beginning, Pakistani batsmen looked troubled, but captain Babar Azam and Rizwan laid the foundation for a big score, later Saud Shakeel and Agha Salman also washed their hands in the flowing Ganga.

Chasing the target of 345 runs, the national bowlers once again failed to send the players of the rival team to the pavilion while the spin department looked like a flop, Muhammad Nawaz 55 in 7 overs, Usama Mir 68 in 10 overs while Agha Salman Scored 60 runs in 8 overs.
In total, the spinners gave 183 runs in 25 overs and only 3 players showed the way to the pavilion.

On the other hand, in the field of fast bowling, Haris Rauf and Muhammad Wasim Jr. were also well done, while Hasan Ali took the wicket in the beginning, but no bowler failed to support them.
Vice-captain Shadab Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed and fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi were rested in this match.
