Michael Gambon, who played Albus Dumbledore in Harry Potter, has died.
According to British media, British legendary actor Michael Gambon was 82 years old.
Gambon starred in 6 of the 8 Harry Potter films, making every role he played in a career spanning 5 decades memorable because of his thunderous voice.
Michael Gambon was hospitalized with pneumonia, a statement released by the family said, “It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sir Michael Gambon.”
According to the statement, Michael’s wife Ann and son Fergus were with him at the time of his death.
