Islamabad: The case of adding fuel price adjustment in electricity bills was fixed for hearing.
The Supreme Court fixed the case related to inclusion of fuel price adjustment in electricity bills for hearing. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will hear the case on October 2.
Apart from the Chief Justice, the Supreme Court bench includes Justice Aminuddin Khan and Justice Athar Manullah.
It should be noted that 1090 petitions were filed in the Supreme Court by various electric supply companies.
