Lahore: Pakistan Railways Police has launched its official website with the support of National Information Technology Board.
The website has been designed on a user-friendly model which will help in bridging the gap between passengers and railway police through timely provision of information.
With the help of the website, smart and modern policing will be strengthened and the users will be kept informed with the latest information.
The main objective of creating the official website is to strengthen the communication between the public and the institution and to lead the Pakistan Railways Police towards innovation.
The website has been developed for better public guidance and will provide important information to passengers and help promote public service projects by the department.
Contact numbers of officers/officials and railway police stations have been added to the website.
Through the website, journalists will be able to easily download Journalist Concession Forms and similarly, Railway Police employees can also download various forms.
