Lahore: The national squad left for Dubai to participate in the Cricket World Cup in India.

According to Express News, the national team left for Dubai from Allama Iqbal International Airport to participate in the Cricket World Cup in India. Along with 15-member squad including 3 reserve players, 13 members including coaches and support staff are also included in the squad.

Bowling coach Morne Morkel will join in Dubai while team director Mickey Arthur will arrive in India directly on September 30.

After a 9-hour stay in Dubai, the squad’s next destination will be Hyderabad. The national squad will arrive in Hyderabad at 8:15 PM IST. The Green Shirts’ first warm-up match will be against New Zealand on Friday.
