Mumbai: Atlee, the director of Bollywood’s mega-thriller blockbuster film ‘Jawan’, has claimed that he has received offers from Hollywood after the film’s success.
In a recent interview with the Indian media, the filmmaker said that even though the offers were very lucrative, he turned them down.
Attlee said that in his opinion, the process of making a film should be done with love and passion and it cannot be done just for money.
Explaining his philosophy on filmmaking, he said that without love there is nothing in the world, there is no mathematical formula to work.
The renowned filmmaker said that his original craft is love and passion and if he doesn’t love something, he can’t create it.
It should be noted that the film ‘Joan’ directed by Atlee has surpassed the total business of 543 crores of the blockbuster film ‘Pathan’ and crossed the mark of 546 crores.
