All the Muslims from Rajouri migrated to Azad Kashmir/Pakistan and Chaudhry Dewan Ali Rajurvi settled in Sarai Alamgir district of Gujarat along with fifty thousand caravans. After the migration in 1965, Maqbool Raza Rajurvi and Chaudhry Muhammad Sharif Tariq held a press conference in Lahore with their comrades and demanded the government of Pakistan to give arms to the Mujahideen to continue the freedom struggle in the Muslim areas of Jammu province.
