Imran Khan's bail application set for hearing in cipher case

Islamabad: In the cipher case, Imran Khan’s bail application has been fixed for hearing.

There has been progress in the cipher case against Chairman PTI, according to which the Islamabad High Court has fixed Imran Khan’s bail application for hearing. In this regard, the Registrar High Court has issued the cause list for next week.

Chairman PTI’s bail application is scheduled for hearing on Monday, which will be heard by Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamir Farooq. The court has issued a notice to the FIA ​​for arguments.

It should be noted that the Official Secret Act Special Court had rejected the bail application of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.

Apart from this, the Islamabad High Court reserved the decision on the request of Chairman PTI to be transferred from Attock to Adiala Jail and fixed the case for re-hearing. Chief Justice Amir Farooq will hear the petition on September 25. The court had reserved its verdict a few days ago after the arguments were completed.

It should be noted that the court reschedules the case for further clarification of certain legal points.
