Peshawar: It has been revealed that chicken bones and color are mixed into mincemeat and supplied to hotels.

Food safety teams conducted a surprise raid on the mince making units, from where more than 5,000 kg of chicken bones were recovered and destroyed.

During a raid in Peshawar, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, it was found that unhealthy and substandard meat was being prepared by mixing color with chicken bones. was to be supplied.

After the raid, 2 units have been sealed and the owners have been arrested and action under the Food Safety Act has been initiated. According to DG Food Authority Shahrukh Khan, such elements should refrain from playing with the health of citizens and defaming the entire industry.
