Islamabad: The Chief Justice of Pakistan called an important meeting for bench formation and suggestions on pending cases.
According to the sources, Chief Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has convened an important meeting at 3 o’clock tomorrow on the issue of bench formation and pending cases.
The Chief Justice has invited Pakistan Bar Council and Supreme Court Bar to participate in the meeting. In the meeting, proposals from lawyers’ organizations will be taken on the issue of improving justice delivery.
In the meeting, the lawyers’ organizations will give suggestions on the matter of setting up the benches, appointing the cases for hearing. In the meeting, the lawyers will present suggestions on fixing urgent cases for early hearing.
