Chairman Pakistan Forex Exchange Association Malik Bustan has said that the army chief took the responsibility that the civil government had to take, if the operation continues, the rate of the dollar may reach 250.
In a video statement, Malik Bustan, while talking about the ongoing crackdown against hoarding and smuggling of dollars across the country, said that I congratulate the Army Chief on behalf of the nation.
He said that the army chief took up the burden that the civil government had to take up. Forcedly, the army chief lifted this heavy stone and carried it.
Chairman Pakistan Forex Exchange Association said that due to the crackdown, sugar rates are decreasing in Pakistan today.
Continuing his speech, Malik Bustan said that the rates of electricity and petrol will also decrease while the rate of dollar is also decreasing continuously.
He said that if the operation continues and the smuggling stops, the dollar can reach up to 250 dollars.
Malik Bustan said that since the crackdown, the supply of the exchange company has increased a lot, today the exchange company has sold 15 million dollars in interbank.
He said that in the past the sale of dollars in interbank was not going above 5 to 10 million dollars. It is hoped that in the coming days, the sale of dollars in interbank will increase to 20 million per day.
He said that it is hoped that this month we will surrender more than 500 million dollars interbank, the flow of currency selling clients in exchange companies has decreased.
He said that the reason for the decrease in the number of clients is the collection of their data by the agencies.
