Karachi: The 18-member national team for the Veterans Cricket World Cup has been announced.
Misbah-ul-Haq, Shahid Afridi and Abdul Razzaq will also be seen in action in the Veterans World Cup. The team captain will be announced on September 16.
The announced team includes Shahid Afridi, Abdul Razzaq, Misbah-ul-Haq, Muhammad Sami, Hasan Raza, Tariq Haroon, Khurram Ali Khan, Waqas Ahmed, Abdul Qadir, Muhammad Rizwan Aslam, Kashif Siddique, Muhammad Ilyas.
Afzal Shah, Amjad Ali, Imran Ali, Panchash Abbas, Adnan Raees and Junaid Khalil Nainitalwala will also be part of the team. Yasir Hameed, Haris Ayaz and Shahzad Malik are among the reserve players.
Former Test cricketer Jalaluddin will be the coach of the team and Azam Khan will be the manager. The Veterans World Cup will be held in Karachi from September 19 to October 2. The Pakistani team will play its first match against the United States.
