The court overruled the registrar’s office’s objection to the petitioner being an affected party and directed the judges to attach the certified documents related to the loan.

It should be noted that the registrar’s office had objected to not attaching certified documents.

Chief Secretary, Finance Secretary and others have been made parties in the petition filed by Citizen Mashkoor Hussain. It has been argued in the petition that providing interest-free loans to judges is an illegal measure. Judges are already enjoying numerous perks. The caretaker government cannot use people’s tax money indiscriminately. The court should declare the approval of the caretaker government to give loans to the judges null and void and the move to give loans to the judges should be suspended until the final decision of the petition.
