According to the spokesman, as soon as the information was received, the rescue teams of Rescue 1122 immediately responded and after providing first aid to the injured people shifted to the hospital, the injured pilgrims were immediately transferred to RHC Khanqah Dogran and Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Safdarabad. While the injured pilgrims in critical condition have been shifted to District Headquarters Hospital Sheikhupura.
Deputy Commissioner Sheikhupura Sarmad Taimur and Assistant Commissioner Safdarabad Ayusha Zafar reached the spot as soon as they got the information about the accident.
