The US dollar has become Rs 307 in the open market and Rs 305 in the interbank market.
In the open market, the value of the dollar decreased by 5 rupees, after which the dollar fell to 307 rupees in the open market.
On the other hand, the value of the dollar has decreased by 1 rupee 98 paisa in the interbank, after which the dollar has become 305 rupees in the interbank.
Open market and interbank spreads have narrowed to less than 1 percent.
The IMF had set a target of keeping the gap between the two markets at 1.25 percent.
The difference between the two markets has now come down to 0.7 percent, compared to 8.2 percent on Monday.
On the other hand, in the open market, the euro fell by 3 rupees to 332 rupees, the pound decreased by 9 rupees to 388 rupees, while the Saudi riyal decreased by one and a half rupees to 81 rupees 80 paise.
