Indonesia: Canker ginger is common in Southeast Asian countries, especially Indonesia. Now it is known that this vegetable has several components that can prevent cancer or reduce its spread.
This ginger is called a canker which looks like an arrowroot. Canker contains significant amounts of ethyl p-methoxyaminate (MMC). This component has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancerous tumors, and my two nuclear transcription factor A (TFAM) plays an important role in this process.
Aromatic ginger is added to Indonesian and other East Asian cuisines. However, scientists from Osaka Metropolitan University have now said that after research in the laboratory and on animals themselves, it has been found that MCs inhibit cancer cells and slow down their growth.
Experts said that cancer tea is very popular in Indonesia and that is the reason why the number of cancer patients is very low in this densely populated country. He has emphasized that on one hand cancer treatment chemicals have been found in ginger, on the other hand the role of TFAM has also been clearly revealed.
