Principal arrested in case of alleged rape of women handed over to police on 7-day physical remand
Karachi: Judicial Magistrate Malir handed over the school principal and owner, arrested in the case of alleged rape of women in the school in Gulshan Hadid, to the police on 7-day physical remand.
In front of the court of Judicial Magistrate Malir in Karachi Malir Court, the case of alleged rape of women in school in Gulshan Hadid was heard.
The police produced the accused Irfan Ghafoor in the court. The public prosecutor revealed that the accused is not alone, it is the whole group. The court asked the investigating officer who is Irfan? Have you taken a statement from the accused or not?
The investigating officer said that the accused has to be interrogated, more devices are also to be taken into custody. So far more than 45 infected women have been identified. The accused used to blackmail women.

The public prosecutor stated that this is a group, after the investigation of the accused, more cadres are also to be arrested.
The investigating officer said that forensic analysis of the recovered mobile phone of the accused is also to be done. The investigating officer requested the physical remand of the accused.
The court accepted the plea and handed over the accused Irfan Ghafoor to the police on 7-day physical remand and ordered him to submit a progress report to the investigating officer at the next hearing.
