Islamabad: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar has clarified his statement regarding the strike on the issue of electricity bills and said that he did not say that electricity is not an issue on which there should be a wheel jam strike.
Talking to private TV, Anwarul Haq Kakar said that we sympathize with the section that has been burdened with electricity bills, but we do not want to take any decision in haste which has to be withdrawn.
Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar said that the team formed regarding the electricity crisis and bills will suggest long and short-term solutions in the light of which steps will be taken.
He said that the decision to close the shops soon will be taken by the provinces, the implementation of which will be seen soon.

On the other hand, the caretaker Federal Minister for Information Murtaza Solangi has said that the Prime Minister answered the questions of the journalists, which were presented in the form of a report out of context in the media.
Murtaza Solangi said that the Prime Minister was asked whether the issue of electricity bills is such that there has been any confusion or anarchy in the country. In response to the question, the Prime Minister said that it is not that there is anarchy in the country, but the Prime Minister never said that the issue of electricity bills is a non-issue. People are not worried about the problem of bills.

The Caretaker Information Minister said that the Prime Minister explained how this problem arose and now he is going towards its solution. They are joking, the Prime Minister never said that the sufferings of the people are unjustified, some responsible journalists also confirmed that the Prime Minister never said that this problem is not serious. The Prime Minister said that we have a commitment with international organizations. We will find a solution to the problems of the people without affecting the promises made to the international institutions, but it was reported in the media that the Prime Minister said that the issue of electricity bills is not a serious matter. There is no sense.
