Arshad Sharif’s murder case will be heard today, a 5-member bench headed by the Chief Justice will hear the case.
The Supreme Court has sought a report from the JIT on the investigations in UAE and Kenya.
The bench includes Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar.
It should be noted that the JIT set up on the orders of the Supreme Court went to Dubai on January 12 last month, after a week of inquiry, it left for Kenya.
After completing the investigation in both the countries, this special JIT has returned to Pakistan on February 2.
